More responsive online controls

Your ship now predicts movement locally instead of waiting for the next server snapshot. Steering, acceleration, strafing, and course changes respond immediately, even when playing with noticeable network latency.

Collision response is predicted for the local ship as well. Contacts with asteroids, debris, and enemy ships should feel more immediate, while remote objects remain controlled by the server. Small differences are smoothed when the server confirms the result; major corrections are applied directly to avoid prolonged rubber-banding.

Interface and localization

The interface and visible game content are now available in five languages. The game selects a locale automatically, and the language can also be changed manually.

Destruction and debris

Ships and asteroids now have scalable destruction effects that better match the size of the destroyed object. Explosions scatter physical debris across the arena and apply an impulse based on the destruction event.

Asteroid visuals

All three asteroid sizes have been updated.

Asteroids now spawn with up to 20% size variation. Their collision size changes with the visible asteroid, so larger and smaller variants behave consistently during movement and combat.

Bastion refresh

The Bastion has received a complete visual rework. Its new industrial hull uses a two-beam structure with mining equipment mounted at the front.
